WHO WE ARE
WIRETEC GmbH was founded in the year 2022 in Lassing, Upper Styria with the aim of manufacturing customized cable solutions, switch cabinet construction and subassembly production at the highest quality standards.
With over 30 years of industry experience, modern machinery, and high-quality materials, we manufacture cables and stranded wires of various types, types, and standards – flexible for use in a wide variety of applications.
Our range of services also includes the production and processing of complete assemblies, which are implemented precisely according to customer specifications in combination with stranded wires, cables, or cable harnesses.
CABLE ASSEMBLY
Precision begins with the tool.
In our production, every detail counts – that’s why we rely on high-quality machines and precise technology for millimeter-precise cutting and the precise stripping of wires and strands in the range from 0.22 to 35 mm².
We process crimp connections fully automatically and with the highest repeat accuracy.
A special quality feature:
We use original tools for over 90% of all common contact types and connector systems. We also process insulation displacement connectors for ribbon cables using specific tools – for maximum compatibility and a permanently reliable connection.

WIRING HARNESSES
– precisely manufactured, individually assembled.
From simple cable sets to complex wiring harnesses with over 100 individual wires, we offer customized solutions – from prototypes to series production. Pre-assembly is automated, while assembly is manual on customer-specific installation boards. Each wiring harness is electrically and visually tested and can be integrated directly into your system upon request.
CONTROL CABINET CONSTRUCTION

QUALITY is a top priority for us.
At WIRETEC, no product leaves the factory without being thoroughly tested. Each of our products undergoes an electrical test using an Adaptronic wiring tester and a visual inspection.
Pull-off tests, crimp force monitoring, functional tests
To ensure the highest quality, we subject our connections to comprehensive testing procedures. Pull-off tests ensure the mechanical strength of crimp connections. Crimp force monitoring ensures that all connections meet the specified specifications. In conclusion, functional tests confirm the electrical and mechanical reliability of each product.
